   Shipping & Returns  

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship INTERNATIONALLY, which means you can get your order wherever you are in the whole world.

 

 

All orders are shipped within 7 days (collars, bandanas and snoods) to 4-6 weeks (beds only) concerning our handmade items.
Other items (hoodies / harnesses) can be shipped within 24-48 hours.

 


Delivery times vary between 2-15 business days, depending your country/localisation.
 


We use our International Bpost service to send all your packages.
 


Shipping costs are based on the weight of your package. They also vary depending your country/localisation.

Any custom fees are not included in the shipping price. Usually there are no additional custom fees but it totally depends of your country again. We can't assure there will be no custom fees.
 


If you don't receive your order a few days after our estimated delivery times (2-15 business days), please contact us as soon as possible so we can check what's going on with your order !

CONCERNING THE "UNTRACKED" SHIPPING OPTION : The untracked shipping option is only available for packages up to 0.77lbs (0.35kg). Once your order exceeds this weight (which will be automatically calculated by our website), the untracked option will have a cost of $1000 (which means it's no more possible to chose it, because your order is too heavy). By choosing this option, you accept that KLAÜSING is not responsible for any loss during shipping, and thus, you accept to not ask for any refund, and to not ask that KLAÜSING makes your order again. KLAÜSING will not be able to make any exception. Once the order has shipped in an untracked way, KLAÜSING has absolutely no way to track your order, which means KLAÜSING will not be able to tell you where your order is or if it got lost. Although most of the untracked orders do arrive to their destination, there have already been losses in the past, so, before choosing this option, you need to be 100% sure that you completely agree with the above conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 21 days to return your items, since your purchase date.
Our Returns & Refuns policy lasts 21 days, which means that if 21 days have passed since your purchase date, you can not return any item.

 

Based on which conditions can you return your items ?

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be :

             An "non made to order item".

             Defectuous / bad sized (only if we made this error).
             Unused, unworn, unwashed, and HAIR-FREE
.
             In the same conditions that you received it.

             (all packaging, swing tags and care tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for a              refund. Any items returned without packaging or tags will not be refunded.)
 


RETURNS PROCESS :

  1.   Contact us and explain why you want to return your items (defectuous / damaged / ...) at KLAUSING@OUTLOOK.FR
 

  2.   We'll tell you where to send your items back.

  3.   Send your items back.

  WARNING :   You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product, and original shipping costs can not be refunded.

  +   if you are shipping items with a value of over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

REFUNDS PROCESS :

  1.   Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be contacted to inform you everything is ok, or not.
 

  2.   If everything's ok, we'll make you a refund applied to your original payment method, within 7-15 business days.

  WARNING :     Late or Missing Refunds ? If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund :

      Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won't include your original shipping costs)

      Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card

      If you have done these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us.

EXCHANGES PROCESS :

  WARNING :   We don't make exchanges, due to mostly of our items are HANDMADE, which means they're made on order, and according to your preferences (size, color, ...).

WARRANTY / GUARANTEE :

KLAÜSING products are made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible.
We guarantee our pet wear and accessories at the time of purchase against material defects and workmanship. If you experience a problem with any of our products, please send an email to klausing@outlook.fr with details and a photo of the issue.

Please ensure that you inspect all items for wear prior to use.

We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.
